The Rhino Report!

Visionary of the SFFL

WEEK #11 Preview

Hackers

Vs.

Millionnaire Pond Scum
The Hackers get a chance to largely cause some trouble, but also a chance to get back into it, as it is far from over in the North Division. The SCUM are coming off a disappointing week both from a scoring slump and getting hammered by the Beavers. Farve could help the Hackers this week, but will it be enough? I think not. SCUM by +6

Rough Riders

Vs.

THRAK
WOOF! WOOF! It's the dog of the week. The Riders are still in the hunt, but it would take an act of God for THRAK to go anywhere this season. This game might just be the Prom Dress game, as THRAK has consistently stumbled to the cellar while the Riders are bumping along on an inevitable journey to basement. Will they suplant the Beavers? We will see. But what about this week? The Riders had a dismal game last week as they got thumped by the Parts. THRAK got swept for the season by the Cannibals. As dismal as life is for THRAK, this is their last saving grace as they must win. THRAK by +4

Elephants

Vs.

Eager Beavers
It's still not too late for the Beav's to get back in this believe it or not. They have a respectable 3-3 divisonal record. It's really in their hands as they have the Elephants, the Hackers, and the Cannibals left. The Elephants are at a point where they could make an assault on the top or slide into obscurity. The Rhino says this week's wildlife winner is the Elephants by +5

Fighting Lounge Chairs

Vs.

Invaders
I'm sure the Parts office has been giving pointers to the Invaders all week because they benefit from an Invaders win almost as much at the Invaders themselves. The Invaders started off hot, but then floundered a bit. Now they are trying to put some space between themselves and the also rans. FLC has gone from unstopable to the ICU. Bledsoe has faded in the past several week and the big point tallies from the beginning of the season have faded into the sunset. And it doesn't get any easier as all of their remaining games are divisional opponents. How does 8-5(3-5) sound? You certainly won't get that first round bye that way. And this week? The Invaders impale the Chairs. Invaders by +4

Bulimic Cannibals

Vs.

Private's Parts
Top dog versus lap dog. The Parts have started to click and seem to be making up for past ills. Is this too be their season? Right now they are the team to beat. And if the Cannibals have any playoff aspirations left they need to start with this game. It's a long shot, but they are still in it if they win here. Unfortunately for them the Parts are a much better team than the Cannibals have ever been. Parts by +10
